We make every effort to answer email inquiries as quickly as possible. Due to the number of emails we receive, please allow 1 to 2 business days for a response.
MPS ships to U.S. customers, as well as Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses.
We cannot guarantee same day shipping. All orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time prior to shipping.
Free shipping for all orders over $49.00.
For orders under $49.00, there is a flat rate shipping charge of $5.00 per order.
All orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery in the U.S. is within 1-3 business days.
International shipping options for non-U.S. customers is not currently available.
MPS guarantees all products. Unused, undamaged, resalable merchandise can be returned for a refund for any reason within 14 days of shipment date.
Before returning products, please contact MPS for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We reserve the right to refuse any return that doesn’t have an RMA. All return shipments must be accompanied by the receipt.
Buyer is responsible for shipment costs back to MPS. Upon receipt of shipment, MPS will provide a full refund for returned merchandise, less a $5.00 restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we made a shipping error. All refunds will be processed using the same form of payment.
We strongly recommend insuring return shipments, as MPS cannot be held responsible for items lost or misdirected during transit.
